Service fees are clearly displayed before completing any transaction. By proceeding, you agree to the charges associated with the service.

6. Limitations of Liability

Remitx Concepts Ltd is not liable for:

• Delays or failures due to third-party providers (e.g., banks, telecoms).
• Losses due to unauthorized access resulting from User negligence.
• Interruptions caused by maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to services for any user found to violate these terms.

Your data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes will be resolved under Ugandan jurisdiction.
